Just now, Tencent's AI assistant, "Yuanbao," officially joined WeChat. Users can now search "Yuanbao" in the WeChat search bar or scan the QR code to add it to their contact list and start a conversation. Yuanbao AI is the intelligent assistant of the Tencent Yuanbao APP on WeChat, equipped with dual-engine technology powered by HunYuan and DeepSeek, seamlessly integrating with the WeChat ecosystem. It leverages Tencent's HunYuan large model and DeepSeek to provide services including chatting and Q&A, appearing as a contact in the WeChat contact list.

Tencent announced that its smart assistant product, Tencent Yuanbao 2.0, has officially been relaunched. The new version features a redesigned conversation list that allows users to easily find historical dialogues and previously used intelligent entities, making it more convenient to review information or continue unfinished conversations. Tencent Yuanbao 2.0 also introduces a dedicated section for AI applications, gathering five major applications: AI Search, AI Reading, Creative Painting, Inspiration Gallery, and AI Photo Enhancement, to meet users' diverse creative needs in searching, reading, writing, and painting.

Domestic large models have shown strong capabilities in the multimodal field of artificial intelligence. Tencent's Hunyuan-vision and Shanghai AI Lab's InternVL2-40B are leading their respective closed-source and open-source fields, surpassing internationally renowned models. Hunyuan-vision, as the multimodal version of Tencent's Hunyuan large model, is favored by developers for its API calls and is offered for free in Tencent's Yuanbao APP, showcasing practicality and ease of use. Yuanbao APP ranks first in China for multimodal capability assessments through a series of tests.
